We process orders quickly to get your products to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel, please act quickly.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been processed and prepared for shipment.

How to Cancel or Change Your Order

  1. Email us immediately at support@nuque.com with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]" or "CHANGE ORDER #[your order number]"
  2. Include your order number, name, and the change you'd like to make
  3. Our team will confirm whether the change is possible within 1–2 business hours

After Your Order Has Shipped

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. However, you may return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been handed to the carrier.
